In order to complete our team, we are looking for a:
SPA Receptionist (M/F)
Workplace: Lausanne Palace
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract type: Permanent Contract
Responsibilities

• You welcome clients, inform them, guide them, and direct them within the SPA, while ensuring tours of the premises.
• You respond to inquiries concerning SPA products, services, events, pricing, as well as any other information related to the services offered.
• You manage telephone calls, appointment booking for treatments, reservations for sporting activities, as well as the fitness subscriber file.
• You ensure the sale of products, collection of payments, and invoicing for hotel clients, members, and external clients.
• You ensure the proper upkeep of the premises and participate in the management of the SPA bar, including ordering, service, setting up lunches, and clearing tables.
• You perform inventories as well as the statistical reports necessary for monitoring activity.

Profile sought

• You master Word, Excel, and Internet software; knowledge of Spa Booker is an asset.
• You are bilingual French / English and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as very good communication skills.
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of customer service and adopt at all times a smiling, friendly, and open-minded attitude.
• You are organized, rigorous, and know how to effectively manage priorities as well as various administrative tasks.
• You present an excellent professional image and ensure an irreproachable experience for the clientele.
• You enjoy teamwork, demonstrate flexibility, and know how to adapt to the needs of the activity.
