Are you versatile, organized, and do you enjoy varied tasks related to concierge services and housekeeping? Do you wish to contribute to the comfort and security of the users of communal buildings? This position is made for you!

Your mission

As a concierge, you autonomously ensure the cleaning, maintenance, and routine upkeep of communal buildings. You ensure the proper functioning of installations and contribute to offering a clean, welcoming, and secure environment to users.

Your main activities:

• Autonomously execute all tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of communal buildings according to established planning, protocols, and processes
• Collaborate, if necessary, in the organization and smooth running of various communal events
• Participate in winter service on-call duties
• Contribute to the training and supervision of apprentices.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC d-agent-e d-exploitation or a title deemed equivalent
• You have professional experience in the field of cleaning or housekeeping
• You demonstrate an interest in public service
• You have a sense of welcome and demonstrate interpersonal ease
• Autonomous and versatile, you are capable of performing small routine repairs
• You have a sense of responsibility and know how to show flexibility
• You demonstrate initiative and are proactive
• You master french, both orally and in writing
• You have basic knowledge of IT, notably the Office suite
