Your area of responsibility:

• Holistic support of SMEs and international mandates
• Overall responsibility and mandate management for finance and accounting
• Preparation of MWST settlements including MWST reconciliations
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements including budgeting and liquidity planning as well as business management evaluations
• Payroll accounting and social insurance law clarification/advice
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Tax planning / tax consulting in accompaniment of tax experts
• Company formations and transformations
• Succession planning and restructuring
• Settlement of natural and legal persons via our international network including fiscal representations with cross-border issues
• Accompaniment of national and cross-border strategy planning
• Conducting limited audits (optional)

Your profile:

• Completed further education as a federally certified Dipl. Treuhandexperte/in
• Several years of solid professional experience in the trust area, mandatory
• Ideally admitted auditor / auditor RAB (optional)
• Professional experience as an auditor (optional)
• Stylish German and English in word and writing
• Professionally competent, communicative, and sympathetic personality as well as independent and precise working method
