Your area of responsibility - Specialist planning of building envelope - Specialist planning and coordination of facade, roof, and waterproofing systems - Development and assessment of technical solutions for industrial and commercial buildings - Ensuring building physics requirements as well as relevant standards and guidelines - Coordination of interfaces to structural engineering, building services, and interior finishing - Fire protection – concept, planning and implementation - Development and implementation of fire protection concepts - Ensuring standard-compliant implementation according to VKF guidelines and cantonal specifications - Coordination of fire protection technical requirements across all trades - Accompanying authority inspections as well as creation of the required documentation Project management - Preparation of tenders and technical assessment of offers - Technical supervision of execution and ensuring quality of execution - Schedule and cost control within the area of responsibility - Contact person for clients, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors Technical qualifications - Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or construction technology (FH, ETH or HF) - Several years of experience in the planning and realization of building envelopes, facade or roof systems - Knowledge in fire protection or willingness to specialize in this area - Experience with tenders and awards according to NPK - Good knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines (especially SIA and VKF) - Confident use of CAD software and MS Office; BIM knowledge is an advantage - Driver's license category B
