Our nursing apartments offer people in need of care and support a home in a family atmosphere. In four apartments, 8 - 10 residents each live together. The goal is to enable as much self-determined living as possible in a familiar environment, despite the need for care. Especially when optimal care can no longer be guaranteed at home. Then you have come to the right place. Many leadership positions in long-term care today consist mainly of administration, meetings, and personnel scheduling. Direct contact with residents is often lost in the process. We believe that good leadership looks different. At Verein Pflegewohnungen RBH, you will manage one of our four family-style nursing apartments while simultaneously remaining part of the daily nursing routine. You will work actively in nursing, know your residents personally, and support your team where you are needed. Because we are convinced: anyone who wants to lead a team should know its daily routine. Who we are Verein Pflegewohnungen RBH operates four family-style nursing apartments in Rüti, Bubikon and Hombrechtikon. Around 35 residents find a home with us where humanity, self-determination and community are at the center. Our nursing apartments are deliberately small. We do not want to be an institution, but a home. A place where people can participate, contribute, and shape their daily lives as independently as possible. The same applies to our employees. Short decision-making paths, mutual support, and appreciative cooperation characterize our collaboration. A leadership task that is different As a nursing service manager, you will take on the professional responsibility for a nursing apartment. You will not be standing alone. Each location also has a team leader who supports you in daily operations. At the same time, you will work closely with the three other nursing service managers as well as our management. Together we continue to develop our association and support each other. You are therefore not leading from above, but from the middle of the action. Shape instead of manage Our association is in an exciting development phase. We are modernizing processes, introducing digital tools, further developing our organization, and questioning existing procedures. For this, we are not looking for a person who simply manages what exists. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking along, contributing ideas, and actively helping to shape changes. Your tasks • Professional management of a family-style nursing apartment • Accompanying, promoting, and supporting your team • Ensuring high quality of nursing and care • Personnel leadership in cooperation with the team leader • Cooperation with relatives, GPs, and external specialists • Participation in projects as well as in the further development of our organization What you bring with you • Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH or an equivalent qualification • Leadership experience or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility • Enjoyment of a family-style living form • High social competence and an appreciative leadership style • Organizational talent and sense of responsibility • Openness to change and new ideas • Humor and enjoyment of working with people What awaits you with us You lead and provide care at the same time.
