Your tasks • Independent and holistic care and support of clients in their home environment • Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process • Implementation of demanding nursing and medical-technical measures • Implementation of medical prescriptions as well as coordination of the necessary nursing measures • Recognizing and assessing changes in health status as well as initiating suitable measures • Professional and complete documentation of the nursing services provided • Advice and support for clients as well as their relatives • Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialists • Co-responsibility for ensuring a high quality of nursing and care • Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards Your profile • Completed training as Dipl.
