To complete our team, we are looking, for our point of sale in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, for a Customer Advisor in Basic Services, for a start date from 1 December 2026 (or by arrangement).

What awaits you? ##

• Qualitatively advise customers presenting at the counter.
• Active monitoring and management of the agency's client portfolio, prospecting, making appointments.
• Define and exploit client potential, propose solutions and products corresponding to their expectations.
• Management of cash registers, cash machines and safe deposit compartments.
• Active cross-selling and transmission of technical questions to the competent advisor.
