Job Description

• In this entry-level position, you will get to know the versatile world of an IT service provider and develop step by step into a System Engineer. In doing so, we deliberately rely on your potential, not on years of experience.
• Interface between our customers, the internal service departments, and the Customer Team Solothurn. You communicate clearly and bindingly and keep everyone up to date, both remotely and on-site.
• Processing of customer inquiries and malfunctions from daily operations. What you can solve technically, you handle yourself. Everything else you coordinate with the responsible specialist teams.
• Collaboration in the installation, operation, and maintenance of customer infrastructures in the Microsoft environment, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Soon you will independently look after smaller customers and develop them further with exciting cloud and on-premises projects, including clean documentation.
• Targeted promotion of your technical, methodological, and social competence. With every inquiry, your know-how grows, and you continuously take on more responsibility.

Qualifications

• Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or an IT degree (HF or FH). You are at the beginning of your professional career.
• Initial knowledge in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure as well as a great desire to deepen your knowledge
• Confident and friendly appearance towards customers, both on the phone and on-site
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
