Requirements profile:

• Completed technical or manual vocational training
• Further training in the technical or organizational field is an advantage (e.g., process specialist, technician HF)
• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment
• Several years of leadership experience of a small to medium-sized team
• Experience in production planning and work organization
• Experience in the areas of quality assurance and occupational safety
• Verifiable leadership competence
• Good knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement methods
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills are an advantage

Tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of a production team
• Ensuring a smooth production process with regard to quality, deadlines, costs and occupational safety
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily production orders
• Leadership, motivation and further development of employees
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, work instructions and safety regulations
• Support in resource and personnel deployment planning
• Analysis and optimization of production processes
• Cooperation with the areas of quality, logistics, AVOR and engineering
• Support in the introduction and implementation of lean and improvement measures
• Participation in the recruitment, induction and qualification of new employees
