MediPersonal is a leading provider in the placement of medical professionals in Switzerland. For our renowned client in Egg, we are looking for a dedicated Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who contributes to the optimal care of patients with expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

Your tasks – Responsibility with heart and competence

• Individual care and support of patients taking into account the latest nursing and medical findings
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Professional guidance and support of assistant and auxiliary staff as well as students and trainees
• Advising and supporting relatives to actively involve them in the nursing process
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Documentation and reporting on nursing progress and medical measures

Your profile – Professional competence meets passion

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in acute care, long-term care, or a specialized field is an advantage
• High social competence and empathy, paired with a strong service orientation
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary thinking to ensure optimal cooperation with doctors and other specialist departments
• Flexibility and resilience to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
• Willingness for professional development through further and advanced training
