Tasks

• Prepare and provide mise en place, production work
• Active participation in the kitchen as well as support of the kitchen team
• Compliance with recipes and ensuring quality
• Compliance with and control of hygiene standards in the area of responsibility
• Various cleaning and tidying work

Requirements

• Professional experience as a kitchen helper
• Affinity for system gastronomy and joy in structured processes
• Enthusiasm for the cooking profession and pleasure in contact with guests
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• German language skills at A2 level, English language skills an advantage
