In our CNC manufacturing, high-quality turned parts are produced, where precision, reliability, and technical understanding are crucial. You independently set up modern CNC turning machines, read and interpret technical drawings confidently, and implement them efficiently.
With your structured and responsible way of working, you ensure quality, process reliability, and a smooth production flow. As a team- and performance-oriented personality, you are experienced in handling high-precision machines and measuring instruments and bring the readiness for 3-shift work.

Your area of responsibility
Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC turning machines
Setting up the machines incl. tool and material changes
Independent quality control of the manufactured workpieces
Carrying out program corrections and optimizations
Your qualifications
Completed training as a production or polymechanic
Several years of experience as a CNC turner, ideally experience in the hard machining of hardened steels (from 54 HRC to 65 HRC)
Control knowledge Fanuc, ISO and Siemens
Independent setting up, adjusting, and running-in of CNC turning machines including loaders
