A company specialized in hair solutions for men is seeking, as part of their development, a hairdresser between 60% and 80% with the possibility of 100% in the long term (evolving rate). Your mission, after complete in-house training, will be to: • Welcome and advise clients with kindness, discretion, and professionalism • Work independently and manage your work with autonomy • Perform services related to hair prostheses, haircuts/beard • Accompany clients in their journey and be attentive to them. Profile sought: • Training in hairdressing or at least 1 year of experience in hairdressing • French spoken fluently • English or German: an asset • At ease in counseling and sales • Excellent sense of human contact and listening skills • Sociable, kind, and dynamic personality • Attention to detail and taste for precise work • Motivation to learn a new specialized profession and develop new skills • Autonomous, organized, and able to take initiatives • Reliable, involved, and trustworthy with a desire to invest sustainably in the company • Ambition to evolve professionally with responsibilities within the company We are looking above all for a motivated hairdresser wishing to evolve towards a new profession.
