Your task

• General janitorial duties in a varied environment
• Maintenance work on infrastructure, as well as various repair work
• Control rounds in the building
• Planning, organization and implementation of smaller relocations
• Disposals, waste management, cleaning
• Care and maintenance of green and hard surfaces in the outdoor area

Your profile

• Training in plant maintenance or proven experience in maintenance
• Very good experience in maintaining gardens and surroundings
• Quick grasp and openness to new tasks
• Proven manual skills
• Goal-oriented, rapid, exact, structured, independent work
• Secure application of MS Office, SAP desirable
• Flexibility, stress resistance and communication skills!
• Enjoyment of interacting with people
• Good German language skills in word and writing
