Management of administration throughout the entire HR Life Cycle. Ensuring correct and timely payroll incl. processing of social insurances. Recruitment of employees in cooperation with the specialist departments. Taking over responsibility for vocational training. THIS IS HOW YOU SCORE Completed further training as an HR Specialist (HR-Fachfrau/-mann) with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or comparable qualification. Professional experience in a generalist HR function. Sound and practical experience in payroll. Independent and structured way of working. Enjoyment of teamwork.
