As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities as well as Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

What you can achieve:

• Ensuring stable operation of applications with a focus on the ServiceNow platform
• Responsibility for Incident, Problem, and Change Management in the ServiceNow environment
• Carrying out 3rd-level troubleshooting for complex malfunctions
• Monitoring of the platform (Monitoring, Performance, Availability)
• Planning and execution of releases and system upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs and service quality
• Participation in ICT projects with a focus on integration and operational handover
• Continuous further development of the platform
• Documentation of operational processes and system states

What you bring with you:

• Training as an Informatiker EFZ/HF/FH or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in application operations (Application Operations)
• Very good knowledge in the Incident, Problem, Change area
• Understanding of integrations and platform architectures
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or willingness to acquire these certificates
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Very good German as well as good English skills at least B2 level
