Team Leader Goods Outgoing & Deputy Department Manager (m/f/d) 100%

as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

The challenges you will face

• Independent leadership and deployment planning of your own team as well as ensuring quality and productivity goals
• Responsibility for personnel topics within the team, including support with recruitments as well as preparation of entries and exits and maintenance of employee data
• Ensuring efficient communication and cooperation within the department as well as with internal interfaces and customers
• Active participation in day-to-day business as well as support for the department manager with administrative tasks
• Interface to the team leaders in goods outgoing for cross-departmental topics
• Active further development and optimization of administrative and operational processes in goods outgoing as well as implementation of KVP measures

Working hours

• Monday to Friday in two-shift operation
• Early shift: 06:00 Uhr - 15:30 Uhr
• Late shift: 10:00 Uhr - 19:30 Uhr
• Saturday assignments if required

What distinguishes you from others

• Completed further training as a Logistikfachmann/-frau or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of leadership experience in a comparable function, ideally in the leadership of a larger team
• Experience in handling industrial trucks as well as SUVA-recognized forklift license
• Sound IT user knowledge; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as an independent, expeditious and exact way of working
• Authentic and fair leadership personality with strong team and communication skills
