Your mission In your pivotal function, you skillfully juggle between account management and internal and external partners and customers to ensure the success of sales. You strengthen the very good team spirit by further developing existing processes or creating new ones. Your active participation in daily business is valued just as much as your impact on the system. Your daily activities • Management of account management and internal sales • Active development and design of business processes • Active sales of Diartis solutions and expansion of the customer base • Active customer care as an account manager • Creation of offers including management of incoming orders and deliveries • Superuser ERP • Management of the customer base in ERP and CRM • Complaint handling • Controlling tasks in the budget and forecast process This is how you enrich our team • Several years of experience in sales and management of employees • Experience in account management, preferably in the IT and software development environment • The customer is at the center of your actions • You have commercial training or business management further education • Initiative is not a foreign word to you • Team player with pronounced social competence and personal responsibility • Experience in budgeting and forecasting • German is your mother tongue and you are proficient in French Your future environment Diartis AG develops and distributes software solutions for case management.
