Project Manager M/F # Company Description ## Our client is a major player in building technologies and security infrastructure in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Security Project Manager specialized in access control systems, video surveillance, and electronic security. As a Security Project Manager, you will ensure the global management of projects and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders. Job Description ## • Full management of security projects: planning, budget, coordination, and operational monitoring • Management of projects related to access control systems, video surveillance, and electronic security • Coordination of technical teams, partners, and suppliers • Interface between sales, technical, financial, and logistical teams and clients • Monitoring of installations and support during commissioning phases • Leading project meetings and progress reporting • Guaranteeing compliance with quality and security standards • Management of the client relationship throughout the project Profile Sought ## • Technical training ideally supplemented by training in project management • Confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in technical project management • Experience in the field of security / electronic security indispensable • Good understanding of access control and video surveillance systems • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Customer orientation and sense of responsibility • IPMA certification or equivalent: a real asset • Fluent French, English appreciated What we offer ### • A company recognized for its expertise in critical technical environments • Varied and stimulating projects with prestigious clients • A structured environment with real prospects for evolution • Collaboration with experienced technical teams • An attractive salary package according to experience
