Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself to our nursing team for the Pflegewohngruppe Köschenrüti in Zürich Seebach starting from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement?

Tasks ##

• As a nursing contact person, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process, involving the social environment and the internal and external network.
• You shape everyday life in a family-like setting together with the residents, where shared cooking and housekeeping are just as much a part of it as the design of leisure activities.
• You actively and enthusiastically commit to the further development of the nursing services in your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and helping to shape the broad scope of action.
• You support apprentices and students of various training courses in the health and social sectors in the development of their competencies.

Profile ##

• Passion for the concept of nursing residential groups and for helping to shape a beautiful home for the residents
• Resilience and enjoyment in using the responsibility and scope of action of an independent residential group
• Completed studies as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Enjoyment in passing on your specialist knowledge as well as applying pedagogical skill
• Experience in long-term care and supervision desirable

The Pflegewohngruppen of the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter consist of manageable residential communities and are specialized in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric illnesses. The Pflegewohngruppe Köschenrüti, specialized in the needs of people with dementia, is located on the northern edge of Seebach. Here you will work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
