For more than 60 years, we have been committed to international organizations by offering them ideal administrative and conference spaces. A concrete and active expression of the host State policy of the Swiss Confederation and that of the Canton of Geneva, the Fondation des Immeubles pour les Organisations Internationales (FIPOI) offers a series of services intended to facilitate the settlement and activities of the international organizations that settle in Geneva. To design, manage, and maintain them in compliance with the highest quality standards that we set for ourselves, we can rely on the skills and commitment of a high-performance team of about sixty employees.

The Real Estate Service of FIPOI maintains and develops the buildings made available to international organizations in Geneva. Today, the Foundation is entering an important investment phase to renovate its portfolio and adapt it to the needs of its users.

As part of the creation of a new position, we are looking for:

PMO Manager - Real Estate Projects at 100 %

Your mission

Based near Place des Nations, reporting to the Real Estate Service and supporting the Head of the projects sector, you structure and monitor the Foundation's investment project portfolio. You work in direct link with the project managers and the beneficiaries of FIPOI.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the programming and prioritization of operations, in the short and medium term.
• Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of the portfolio: costs, deadlines, risks, public procurement, and reporting.
• Develop, harmonize, and deploy common management methods, tools, and processes.
• Support project managers on a daily basis and evolve the service's project culture.
• Personally conduct small to medium-scale projects: coordination of contractors, companies, and stakeholders, from studies to commissioning, in compliance with the legal framework and set objectives.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level (technical, administrative, or legal).
• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO, project manager, project buyer, or project coordinator in building, real estate, or construction.
• Good understanding of building project processes, public procurement, and contractual monitoring.
• Assets: knowledge of Geneva institutions, building permits, and the Swiss construction environment (SIA standards, CFC, public procurement), experience in coordinating multidisciplinary mandates and in renovation operations.
• Comfort with numbers and data analysis.
• Organized, precise, and autonomous, you enjoy collaborating with various interlocutors and have strong writing skills.
• Perfect mastery of French; English is an advantage.
