Your tasks ##

• You take over the technical and personnel leadership of the employees and ensure a high quality of care processes in the department
• You lead your team with commitment, lead by example, and promote motivation as well as cooperation
• You support the planning, coordination, and organization of daily care based on our care concept
• You guarantee a smooth flow of information between residents, relatives, and the care team
• You work closely with the Nursing Management and support them in organizational, administrative, and strategic tasks
• You actively participate in care and take over assigned shifts, including weekend shifts
• You accompany and support apprentices as well as interns in their education and further training

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or Fachmann/-frau Langzeitpflege und -betreuung BP
• Experience as a team leader/ward manager
• Several years of experience in long-term care
• Joy in the leadership, development, and motivation of employees as well as in working in a team
• Strong communication and social competence in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees
• You understand Swiss German and speak fluent High German
