For demanding technical infrastructure projects in the field of energy technology, we are looking for a Requirements and quality assurance specialist for transformer stations / Civil engineer (80-100%) Your tasks : • Support for the planning of transformer station construction projects through all project phases. • Responsibility for the technical design of renovation, extension and maintenance projects in civil engineering and underground civil engineering of transformer stations. • Preparation of preliminary designs as well as support during authorization procedures. • Ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards at all project phases. • Support for the implementation of occupational safety, health and environmental protection. • Promotion of a trusting and efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders beyond organizational boundaries. Your profile : • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, building technology, energy and environmental technology or a comparable field. • At least five years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of civil engineering, underground civil engineering or infrastructure construction projects. • Deep knowledge in planning, execution or maintenance of infrastructure projects as well as ideal experience in the field of high voltage and transformer stations. • Experience in the planning or design of energy production or transmission facilities is an advantage. • Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in civil engineering and underground civil engineering as well as experience in the implementation of complex infrastructure projects according to the SIA methodology. • Ability to structure complex work packages as well as to advise and support project partners competently through clear and targeted communication. • Analytical and solution-oriented working method as well as ability to clearly convey technical relationships and to moderate interdisciplinary teams. • Communicative, eager-to-learn and responsible personality, with pleasure in collaborating with different interest groups. • Experience with the BIM method as well as knowledge in CAD (e.g. Revit, Inventor or AutoCAD) are an advantage. • Assured mastery of MS Office and common project management tools. • German at native language level or at least C1, English at least B2; knowledge of a second national language (French or Italian) at level B2 is an advantage.
