HR Generalist / HR Generalist (temporary)

For a regionally anchored company, we are looking for temporary support as "HR Generalist 70-80%". An established HR team with clearly distributed areas of responsibility awaits you. The collaboration is collegial and induction will be ensured. Entry is immediately or by arrangement for an assignment of around six months. The place of work is centrally located in Langenthal and is easily accessible there by public transport and by car.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You process the payroll accounting including social insurances according to the four-eyes principle
• You support the ongoing personnel administration during entries, exits, and mutations
• You provide support in advisory topics and prepare and follow up on employee appraisals
• In day-to-day business, you bring in your payroll experience and specifically relieve the existing HR team

You offer your new employer:

• You bring sound experience in payroll as well as good knowledge of Swiss social insurances for this task
• An HR education or comparable further training complements your practical professional experience
• Knowledge of Abacus will facilitate your entry and is an advantage for this function
• You communicate confidently and clearly in German with employees and internal contact persons
• An independent, reliable way of working is combined with your enjoyment of collaborating in a small team
