You will accompany existing projects from a program and project management perspective: You recognize the right altitude, go into detail where it counts, and steer from a distance where it makes sense. You will lead your own projects through all phases – from initialization through milestones to a clean conclusion (content, schedule, cost objectives). You will maintain an overview of the portfolio, create transparency for departments and management, and challenge critically and in a solution-oriented manner. You will ensure clear framework conditions, clean documentation and traceable decisions. What you bring with you Several years of practical experience in project and ideally program management – you have led projects in reality, not just accompanied them. A sure intuition for the right altitude: You know when to go into detail and when to steer and step back. A good touch for stakeholders and change: You bring those affected on board early and communicate in a manner appropriate to the recipient. Experience in further developing project management methodology and standards and anchoring them in an organization. Recognized project or program management training (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PMP, Scrum) is a clear plus – but what you have achieved with it in practice is what is decisive. Proficient handling of project and documentation tools as well as the Microsoft 365 world (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform is an advantage). Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking, communication strength and the ability to look beyond your own garden.
