Equally significant is its commitment to continuing education and services for teachers and school leaders, as well as its profession-related research, development, and evaluation.

The Institute for Continuing Education and Services supports teachers, school, and all-day school management in their work with a wide range of continuing education and consulting offers, educational media, and other services.

The Center for Continuing Education and Continuing Education Didactics (ZWW) profiles itself content-wise in the topics of continuing education for teachers and continuing education didactics. It offers continuing education and services for the maintenance of professional competence/capacity to act of teachers and other actors in the school field. The focus lies on subject-specific, cross-curricular, and non-subject-specific topics of instruction.

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of continuing education and services
• Consulting and support of teachers, school management, and school teams in conflicts
• Conducting mediations
• Further development and management of a portfolio of continuing education and services
• Management of projects and working groups
• Acquisition of mandates
• Communication internally and externally

Your profile

• Teaching diploma, university degree (PhD in Educational Sciences an advantage)
• Continuing education in higher education/adult didactics
• Continuing education in consulting (OE), mediation, conflict management
• Several years of successful experience in the field of conflict management and mediation
• Integrative personality
• Doer qualities with entrepreneurship
• Experience in project management and modern specialist leadership
• High resilience and flexibility
