Your main tasks include ##

• The management and development of the recycling centers in the Zurich region in terms of personnel, operational, and economic aspects in close collaboration with the recycling manager.
• The management, promotion, and development of employees and managers as well as ensuring a modern, accessible, and rewarding leadership culture.
• The guarantee of efficient, safe, and economical operation while respecting legal requirements as well as internal quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Responsibility for the budget, resource planning, key indicators, and the achievement of defined company objectives.
• The planning and implementation of investment and optimization projects as well as the continuous development of processes, facilities, and recovery concepts.
• Close collaboration with material flow management, sales, technical, and logistics.

We expect from you ##

• Several years of experience in a similar management position.
• Higher or continuing education in business management, logistics, recycling, construction, production, or a related field.
• Experience in managing organizations as well as in the management of indicators, budgets, and change processes.
• A strong affinity for IT and processes as well as an interest in digitalization and continuous improvement.
• As a down-to-earth and accessible person, you are regularly present in our recycling centers, approach subjects pragmatically, and maintain direct communication.
