Your task ##

• Planning, configuration, migration, installation, and operation of modern IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Administration and further development of virtual servers, networks, and telephony solutions
• Configuration and support of network environments based on Cisco Meraki
• Processing of complex support requests in 2nd and 3rd level including analysis, troubleshooting, technical consulting, and documentation
• Active participation in customer projects from conception to successful implementation
• Conception and implementation of security solutions with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Entra ID Conditional Access
• Construction and maintenance of data and information structures with Microsoft SharePoint as well as development of backup, restore, and recovery concepts
• Support of the department management in technical and organizational matters as well as gradual assumption of additional professional responsibility

Your profile ##

• Completed training as Informatiker:in EFZ Systemtechnik, ideally with IT further education at HF or FH level as well as at least three years of experience in a similar role in IT System Engineering
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as experience with hybrid IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge in Windows Server, virtualization, networks, and modern IT infrastructure
• Experience in the field of IT security, ideally with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Entra ID
• Knowledge in software packaging as well as experience with SharePoint, backup, and recovery solutions
• Experience with Cisco Meraki or comparable network technologies is an advantage
• Service-oriented, analytical, and team-oriented personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• High willingness to learn and initiative as well as stylistically confident German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
• Possession of a Category B driver's license
