Missions ###

• Develop and manage a portfolio of real estate properties for sale
• Actively prospect for new mandates in Lausanne and its surroundings
• Accompany sellers and buyers throughout the transaction process
• Carry out property estimations and advise clients on their sales strategy
• Organize and conduct viewings, then ensure follow-up with prospects
• Negotiate sales conditions and lead transactions to their conclusion
• Develop and maintain a network of partners and referrers in the region

Profile ###

• Experience as a real estate broker, with a solid knowledge of the Vaud market
• Excellent mastery of the local economic & real estate fabric, particularly in Lausanne and its surroundings
• Developed professional network allowing for the generation of business opportunities and the maintenance of an active portfolio
• Interpersonal skills, negotiation sense and results orientation
• Ability to work autonomously while offering high-quality support to a demanding clientele
• Entrepreneurial spirit, dynamism and a pronounced taste for business development
• Good knowledge of the practices, regulations and players of the regional real estate market
