As part of mandates for several of our clients, we are looking for itinerant auxiliary receptionists with a variable activity rate to ensure occasional replacements and reinforce the reception teams of different sites located in the Geneva region.

This is an on-call contract, requiring great flexibility and regular availability, notably to intervene sometimes on short notice according to the needs of our clients.

Your missions: Ensure physical and telephone reception of visitors, clients, and collaborators; Direct and inform visitors with professionalism; Manage entries and exits (badges, registers, visitor announcements); Receive and distribute mail as well as parcels; Handle calls, emails, and various requests; Ensure the impeccable maintenance of the reception area; Collaborate with the various interlocutors present on site; Adapt quickly to varied work environments and different client sites.

What characterizes you.

Your profile: Previous experience in a similar function (reception, welcome, hospitality or customer service), an asset; Fluent French orally and in writing; Very good level of English required; Any other language constitutes an advantage; Excellent presentation and acute sense of service; Very good interpersonal skills, discretion and courtesy; Organization, autonomy and reliability; Mastery of usual IT tools; Great flexibility and availability to work on call; Mobility indispensable across the entire Geneva region; Ability to integrate quickly into new work environments.
