Your tasks: • Leadership and continuous development of the sales team • Responsible for creating and achieving budget and target specifications • Active consulting and support of our customers • Customer-oriented processing of inquiries, orders up to invoicing • Sales management of the field service • Responsible for optimal warehouse management and assortment design • Responsible for optimal processes from inquiry to delivery • Development and implementation of sales promotion measures Your profile: • Several years of sales and leadership experience • Technical training or commercial basic training with technical flair, further commercial training is an advantage • Product knowledge in commercial steel • Strong customer orientation with high willingness to perform • IT skills (MS Office, ERP) with interest in digital solutions Interested?
