NURSE IN ADULT PSYCHIATRY - CDI 100 % Your profile Nursing degree, with CRS recognition for diplomas obtained abroad Significant experience in adult psychiatry indispensable A CAS or long experience in psychiatry constitutes a real asset Good ability to manage complex situations Empathy, calm, dynamism and excellent listening skills Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Your missions: Ensure the global care of adult patients in psychiatry Provide nursing care and ensure the clinical follow-up of patients Participate in the support of patients presenting different psychiatric disorders Observe the evolution of their health status and adapt the care Participate in the development and follow-up of individualized care projects Ensure handovers and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team Promote benevolent, secure care adapted to each patient jpid1ea3247jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
