Today, people from all over the world visit us who love the mountains just as much as we do. Our concept is based on local knowledge of the village and the mountains, staff who love good service as much as nature, gourmet cuisine and creative design. We have an exciting journey behind us and look forward to constantly developing and reinventing ourselves together with our employees. We are currently looking for an experienced employee for our housekeeping team. Housekeeping ensures that all rooms and public areas are clean, tidy and inviting for our guests and our team. The focus of the activity is on daily cleaning routines, teamwork as well as warm interaction with our guests to create a pleasant and unforgettable stay at Ski Lodge Engelberg. We are looking for someone who: -Loves the mountains from the heart -Brings experience in housekeeping and the tourism industry, or has always dreamed of working in a hotel. -Cares for our guests with passion, brings a sense of quality and works independently. -Enjoys creating clean, inviting rooms at the highest level where guests feel at home. -Meets guests and colleagues with a warm, positive aura and brings lots of energy and enthusiasm. -Likes working in a lively environment and has a keen eye for detail. -Is proficient in written and spoken English. German skills are an advantage. -Can work flexibly during the day, both during the week and on weekends. If you recognize yourself in this, you are exactly the right reinforcement for our team! Your tasks and areas of responsibility: -Reliably adhere to the daily cleaning standards as well as the specifications for the cleaning and preparation of our hotel rooms and public areas. -Carefully and efficiently complete the rooms and tasks assigned to you within the specified timeframes. -You take care of our guests and help to make their stay beautiful. -Preparation and delivery of special orders. -Some flower care.
