Your task ##

• You will take over the independent management of several switchgear projects from technical and commercial preparation to successful handover.
• In doing so, you will coordinate material procurement, resources, and personnel deployment and ensure a smooth project process.
• You will lead the employees assigned to you and support your team with technical and organizational questions.
• You will have control over costs, deadlines, and quality at all times and will initiate suitable measures early in the event of deviations.
• You will maintain professional contact with customers and actively develop existing business relationships.
• Through your technical understanding, you will recognize additional customer needs and thereby contribute to winning follow-up and additional orders.
• You will work closely with internal departments and other project participants and ensure efficient cooperation.

Your profile ##

• A completed vocational training as Automatiker:in EFZ, Schaltanlagenmonteur:in, or in a comparable electrotechnical profession.
• Further training in the field of switchgear construction, project management, or electrical engineering is an advantage.
• Professional experience in the planning, project design, or implementation of switchgear and controls.
• Initial or profound experience in leading employees as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility for a team.
• Good knowledge of handling CAD applications and a strong affinity for digital tools.
• An independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working.
• Organizational strength as well as a good technical and commercial understanding.
• A communicative, proactive, and team-oriented personality who likes to drive things forward.
