Project Manager for the improvement of agricultural structures (civil engineering) # Office for Agriculture and Geoinformation | 80 % | Coira ## The Office for Agriculture and Geoinformation is a service of the Department of Public Economy and Social Affairs. It brings together under one roof the four sections: agricultural measures, improvement of structures, surveying, and the GIS competence center. In the civil engineering sector of the improvement of structures section, it actively participates in the sustainable development of the rural territory. In its varied range of tasks, it follows infrastructural projects, from full land reclamation and renewal of agricultural roads to the water supply of alps as well as electricity supply up to restoration after natural events.  It coordinates the tasks of the cantonal and federal specialist services, provides advice to clients and engineering firms and guarantees the professional implementation of projects. It is the main point of reference for matters of procedural law. Within the framework of project support, it regularly participates in site inspections and visits to construction sites. By performing its work, it can gain an idea of various specific sectors and the most diverse regions of Grisons. For the civil engineering sector, we are looking for a project manager for the improvement of agricultural structures (civil engineering) starting from 1 October 2026 or a date to be agreed upon. Duties • Supervision of civil engineering projects and land consolidation (technical, administrative, and financial) • Consulting for responsible entities and planning offices • Examination and elaboration of project ideas and subsidy applications • Collaboration in cantonal consultation procedures  • Collaboration within national and cantonal working groups to support the section management • Collaboration in the implementation of the UAG digitalization strategy What we expect from you • University or university of applied sciences degree as an engineer in geomatics, construction, environment, agronomy or in a related field • Communication skills, autonomy, solution orientation and a resolute personality • Structured and conceptual way of working • Ability to work in a team and pleasure in tackling new tasks. • Excellent knowledge of German; knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage We look forward to receiving your online application and will be pleased to meet you.
