Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Job description:

On behalf of our partner, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to strengthen their team dedicated to equipment maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of production facilities and logistical equipment, intervening in both preventive and corrective maintenance operations. You will also participate in continuous improvement and the reliability of equipment.

Your main missions:

• Diagnose malfunctions and determine the necessary actions to ensure the restoration of equipment
• Prepare and carry out maintenance interventions in compliance with procedures, standards, and safety rules
• Plan and monitor material needs as well as orders with suppliers
• Perform preventive maintenance operations and identify ways to improve the reliability of installations
• Work in collaboration with different departments in order to optimize equipment and technical interventions
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions and update work orders and maintenance reports

Job requirement:
Profile:

• ES Technician in industrial systems or microtechnical systems or equivalent
• Recognized skills in automation and numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)
• Experience in electrotechnics and mechanics
• Mastery of common IT tools, with a good knowledge of the ERP SAP and industrial IT
• Methodical and rigorous approach with an analytical and synthetic spirit
• Excellent team spirit, listening skills, and easy communication
• Notions of English and German considered an asset
• Availability for shift work (2x8)
• You are mobile across different cantons
