Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • receiving and directing bank customers • advising bank customers • supporting bank customers via digital channels • assisting in customer consulting • administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either as extended basic training with EFZ or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## School-related: • Completed Volksstufe at the highest school level with good to very good grades • Very good German skills, proficient orally and in writing • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages Personal: • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Teamwork skills • Reliability and exact working methods • Independent and well-organized • Open to new things Interests: • Enjoyment of everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and in the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
