For our finance department, we are looking for a dedicated and analytically strong personality who, as Head of Controlling, is responsible for the financial management and further development of our group of companies. In this key position, you will support the management with well-founded analyses and decision-making bases, optimize controlling processes and make a significant contribution to the sustainable and successful further development of the Pallas Kliniken. For the management of our controlling, we are looking for a responsible and numbers-affine personality as Head of Controlling (100%) Tasks Technical and personnel management of controlling as well as continuous further development of processes, instruments and reporting structures Responsibility for the financial management of the Pallas Kliniken as well as sparring partner of the management in strategic and operational decisions Overall responsibility for the budgeting, forecasting and planning process as well as the creation and commentary of the management reporting Overall responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual closures from a controlling perspective in close cooperation with finance and accounting Analysis and preparation of business management key figures, identification of optimization potential and development of recommendations for action for sustainable corporate development Control and further development of cost controlling to ensure economical and transparent service delivery across all locations and departments Responsibility for cost accounting according to REKOLE including parameterization and internal service billing and ensuring data quality Ensuring the timely preparation and transmission of data for cantonal and national statistics (e.g. ITAR_K, KS, SwissDRG) as well as contact person for authorities and external offices Further development and maintenance of our BI tool (Qlik Sense) as well as promotion of data-based decision-making bases Collaboration and leadership of cross-departmental projects for process optimization and corporate development Job Requirements Completed business administration studies (FH/Uni), ideally with further education in the field of controlling, accounting or finance Several years of professional experience in controlling with initial management responsibility, preferably in the healthcare sector Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good Excel skills Experience with BI systems, ideally Qlik Sense Entrepreneurially thinking, resilient and responsible personality with high service orientation Enjoyment of numbers, quick comprehension and a self-dependent and structured way of working Communication strength as well as the ability to advise and accompany different stakeholder groups in a competent manner Job Benefits A responsible leadership function with a lot of creative leeway in a dynamic environment A humorous, collegial team with flat hierarchies Personal and professional development opportunities An attractive workplace directly at Olten train station - only 30 minutes from Zurich, Bern or Basel Sounds exciting?
