In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for the Sion site: Versatile socio-professional instructor at 80% Mission: • Provide practical and theoretical training to beneficiaries in specialized training • Accompany beneficiaries directly within a partner company • Search for internship positions and ensure their follow-up • Develop and implement individualized socio-professional projects • Write reports intended for the placement office • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team • Strengthen teams in other sectors according to needs Profile and skills: • CFC as a retail manager or a title deemed equivalent • Training as an in-company trainer required • Socio-professional mastery training is an asset • Dynamic, exemplary personality with a creative spirit • Flexibility, autonomy and resistance to stress • Good writing skills and mastery of IT tools This position is aimed at confirmed and committed professionals who have the desire to invest themselves in the social mission of the institution while continuing to be active in the field.
