• Comprehensive, needs-based consulting for our customers on all credit issues in the mortgage area as well as on the topic of investments.
• Consulting our customers on questions of provision, insurance, pension and taxes
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous care of the personal customer portfolio
• Developing needs-based solutions that take into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situation of the customers, as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Collaboration on market development measures and performing representative tasks

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training or comparable training
• Experience in the areas of credit consulting (mortgages) and investment consulting
• Further education in banking or finance
• Enjoyment of customer contact and communication with our customers on all channels
• Pronounced customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent and responsible working method
• You are initiative, open, flexible and humorous
