Privatklinik Hohenegg is a leading private clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics with a specialized inpatient and outpatient service offering. Supported by a non-profit foundation, it combines medical and nursing excellence with a values-oriented corporate culture, high quality standards and consistent patient orientation. Around 95 inpatient treatment places as well as outpatient offers at several locations ensure psychiatric care at a high level. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a convincing leadership personality as Nursing Director.

What you will achieve
You bear the overall organizational, technical and personnel responsibility for the nursing area with 60 full-time positions and ensure high-quality and economical service delivery.
As a member of the clinic management, you actively commit yourself to the further development of the clinic, lead the nursing staff through upcoming change processes and personally help shape the unique Hohenegg culture.
Taking current trends into account, you and your team continuously develop the core tasks of nursing including education on the basis of lean and expedient organizational structures.
Together with your management team, you promote a modern, appreciative and development-oriented leadership culture.
You promote the established interprofessional cooperation and contribute to constructive and patient-oriented cooperation of all professional groups.
You represent Privatklinik Hohenegg in relevant specialist committees and maintain an active network within the healthcare system.
What distinguishes you
Sound subject-specific education and further training, supplemented by leadership and/or management training
Several years of professional and leadership experience with a record of performance and success in a comparable position, preferably in psychiatry
Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility and decisiveness
High social competence with a motivating, appreciative and positive understanding of leadership
Resilience as well as the ability to successfully bring together different interests
Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and of helping to shape a unique corporate culture
