Fiduciary Administrator 100% (w/m/d)

To strengthen our client, we are looking for an interested, dynamic, IT-savvy employee and offer a range of tasks with exciting, versatile and holistic fiduciary activities

Tasks

Auditing

• Assistance and support in limited audits as well as in special audits in the office and on-site
• Support of the leading auditors in the preparation of the various audits

Accounting/Personnel Administration/Taxes

• Maintaining financial accounting (including subsidiary ledgers accounts payable / accounts receivable)
• Payroll accounting (with personnel administration and year-end processing)
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements of nationally and internationally active companies according to various accounting standards
• Preparation of value-added tax statements
• Preparation of tax returns for legal and natural persons
• Examination of tax assessments and tax invoices

Profile

• You are curious and interested in auditing (initial experience an advantage)
• You possess high flexibility
• You have successfully completed your basic commercial training
• Preferably, you bring initial experience in the classic fiduciary field (accounting/personnel administration/taxes)
• You are motivated for further training and development
• You have very good IT user skills (Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel)
• Preferably, you have user knowledge of Dr. Tax, ABACUS or Bexio
• You are a communicative personality and enjoy contact with customers
• You have stylistically confident German as well as good English skills
• You have a well-groomed appearance
