For our customers, leading hospitals and nursing homes in Meilen, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who contributes to the optimal care of patients with heart and expertise.

Your tasks – care at the highest level

• Professional and individual care of patients according to their state of health
• Coordination and management of the nursing process in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and advising relatives in the nursing process
• Participation in quality assurance and continuous improvement of nursing processes
• Support and guidance of assistant and specialist staff

Your profile – your contribution to holistic care

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in acute care or long-term care is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
• Willingness for professional further development and participation in training courses
• Patient-oriented and empathetic way of working
