The Stiftung Heimgärten Aargau offers living space for mentally impaired women with special support needs. We accompany, strengthen and enable self-determined living and working with diverse, flexible forms of housing, creative employment opportunities and adapted workplaces. The implementation of the UN-BRK in an institutional framework guides our actions.

To complement our household teams in Brugg and Aarau, we are looking for a cook 50% as of September 2026 or by agreement

Your tasks:

• You bear the daily responsibility in the kitchen and ensure optimal operational processes
• You lead 1-3 clients in their work in the kitchen and support them individually

Your profile:

• You are an initiative, responsible and team-oriented person
• You have completed training as a cook EFZ with several years of professional experience
• You have experience working with mentally impaired people, as well as in the educational field
• You are reliable and convincing with your independent work style
• You are a flexible, empathetic and resilient person
