Team Leader Certification / CVE

• Leadership of a team of 5-10 employees within the certification department
• Responsibility for all certification work in the specialist department
• Work, resource and capacity planning
• Supervision of external employees and suppliers
• Interface to customers and authorities in the responsible area of tasks
• Creation of offers to support Engineering and Program Management
• Continuous improvement in the specialist department and in the Office of Airworthiness
• Training and induction of employees
• Completed technical studies
• Proven leadership experience and leadership competence
• Professional experience in the field of aviation and certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of standards and regulations – ideally aviation
• Strong social competence – extroverted personality
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Business fluent in German and English
