You will take over ##

• Professional care of our patients as a reference person in the nursing process from admission to discharge in an interdisciplinary team
• Shaping a milieu-therapeutic environment with a focus on relationship design
• Close, flat-hierarchy, and interprofessional cooperation in the core and treatment team
• Coordination of the treatment course with pre- and post-care instances
• Developing and leading psychoeducational groups
• Participating in and helping to shape the therapy concept and offerings
• Supporting learners in achieving their practical training goals
