Your craft ##

• You prepare market, competitor, and location analyses and develop usage, marketing, and real estate strategies.
• You independently develop real estate projects, primarily with rental and owner-occupied apartments, from the initial idea to the legally binding building permit.
• You enjoy conducting quality assurance procedures, participation events, and supporting the creation of planning instruments (ZPP / UeO).
• You prepare exact profitability calculations and decision bases in scenarios and present these confidently and appropriately for the target group.
• As a communicative hub, you maintain and expand your network in a partnership-based manner with authorities, owners, investors, planners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Your foundation ##

• You bring several years of experience in the development of areas and larger real estate projects.
• You have rounded off your architecture studies with further training in the development and/or real estate sector.
• You know the planning and building law of the Canton of Bern and/or the neighboring cantons from practice.
• You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams, value personal responsibility, communicate with sensitivity, and are committed to innovative and sustainable construction projects.
• Thanks to your structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working, you maintain an overview even in demanding projects.
