Your Field of Action ### • As Team Leader, you will lead the department according to the performance mandate and target specifications in cooperation with the department management. You will be responsible for managing several employees from different professional groups of the care team and will take over the representation of the department management in their absence • Through your far-sighted and reflective personality, you will actively contribute to various projects and be significantly involved in their implementation • Embedded in a multiprofessional team, you will make a significant contribution to the entire recovery and therapy process of intensive care-dependent premature and term-born babies up to adolescent patients • You will support students in their professional development Your Experience ### • You have completed training as an Expert in Intensive Care Pediatrics NDS HF and have further education in the field of management or are willing to undergo it.
