Your mission: • Management of organization, planning, and monitoring of pre-execution and execution phases • Technical coordination of plans • Development of construction details • Validation of company plans • Site visits and monitoring of proper execution as architectural management Your profile: • Holder of an EPF, HES, or equivalent architecture degree • Minimum 3 years of experience in Switzerland • Sense of organization, priorities, and responsibilities • Good knowledge of standards (SIA, Geneva law, etc.) and construction techniques • Mastery of computer-aided design (Autocad) • Architectural sensitivity and rigor Negotiable activity rate Fixed position Start date: Immediate or to be agreed Comte, Berthelot et Neto SA is an office that focuses its main activity on projects led by public authorities, with the aim of achieving quality architecture with great attention to detail and specific reflection for each program, with a concern for social and environmental sustainability. https://cbn-architectes.ch/
