The mental health pole is composed of two EPSM and a transition structure towards integration. The EPSM Villa Ruchonnet offers psycho-social support to 23 women concerned by a mental health issue, allowing them to engage in a recovery process within the framework of a maintenance and rehabilitation mission.

In order to complete the skills of the psycho-social team of the EPSM Villa Ruchonnet located in the center of Lausanne, we are looking for a socio-educational assistant at 80%-100%

Desired profile:

• CFC as a socio-educational assistant or as a community health and care assistant
• Experience in mental health, an asset
• Recovery-oriented posture
• Experience or interested in follow-up interviews and networks
• Sense of organization and priority management
• Dynamism, agility, autonomy, rigor
• Reflexivity and emotion management
• Driver's license mandatory
